退換貨政策

注意：基於健康與衛生原因，以下情況恕不接受退換：產品已開封或食用、標籤／防偽標識損壞、超過退換期限、因個人原因不適用（如對花粉過敏）而無品質問題者。個人原因退貨請在訂單發貨前提出。

Note: For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted where the product has been opened or consumed, labels or anti-tamper seals are damaged, the return window has passed, or there is no quality issue (e.g. personal allergy reasons). Requests for personal reasons must be made before dispatch.
