Welcome to pinepollen.hk (the "Site"), operated by ZHONGJIAN INTERNATIONAL H.K. GUOZHEN (the "Company"). By using the Site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is used to present and sell products including Guozhen Pine Pollen. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others.
2. Orders and Pricing
Prices are shown on the Site and may be displayed in RMB (¥) or USD ($); the currency actually charged is that shown at checkout. After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation; upon confirmation the order is accepted and we will arrange shipment accordingly.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors or force majeure; in such cases a full refund will be issued.
3. Payment Methods
The Site accepts international credit/debit cards (processed via Stripe), PayPal and bank transfer (Hong Kong). By paying by card or PayPal you agree to the terms of the relevant payment providers; bank transfer orders are updated once receipt is confirmed.
4. Intellectual Property
